Maintenance Reinvented and Business Success

How we mentor

We stick with our client professionals as they, for the first time, run the course FROM absorbing a new knowledge TO reporting the first actual returns generated out of that knowledge

There are many roads to Rome, but running the course to reach sustainable returns generally passes through the following three stages.

Stage

Purpose

1. Set the strategic direction for returns

Develop the firm’s professionals to be fluent in the MBA-type knowledge; and go operational with their resulting financial-statements-based skills to make and manage maintenance to be part of the firm’s business success.  Stage Detail>>

2. Form business strategies for returns

Develop, by heading to returns, the professionals’ hands-on skills to form business strategies for maintenance and participate with management in their role as decision-makers.  Stage Detail>>

3. Execute returns

To reach the endpoint for the first time at which a targeted slice of executed returns is measurably evident in the firm's returns and financial statements and, as a result, the firm’s professionals are skilled in conducting the process with all remaining targeted returns.  Stage Detail>>
