Our
profession needs to build a collective grasp of how to
make maintenance a key player in a firm’s business
success and also learn to communicate it. The
WikiBrainstormDocs™ should help us do that.
The
table lists all articles, cases, books and slides that
are currently available to view and
make comments, respond to comments, upgrade explanations, ask and answer
questions, and expand and rephrase points. Your markups
(email them to us) will be added to all others. Each
time you pull up a chosen WikiBrainstormDoc, you will
see all markups as of the merge dates shown in the
table.
Modern
technology allows us to do things in new ways. Here we
are breaking free of the classic, minimally effective
reader-writer approach to absorbing a new body of
knowledge. It fails because a writer cannot know how
readers will hear and visualize each point. The new way
is to speak to our collective self. Through
WikiBrainstormDocs we can all simultaneously be
innovators, writers, readers, commentators, mentors and
students.
